Terms and Conditions
The deposit, with or without the enrolment form, is an agreement between the client and Performing4u that Performing4u will keep a space for the client in the agreed class. All deposits are non-refundable.
The remainder of fees must be paid by the start of the term unless agreed otherwise.
If fees are not paid by the start of term, the space held for the client cannot be guaranteed.
Half a term’s notice must be given before cancellation. If notice is given at the start of a new term to cancel at the half term break any fees that are remaining after this point will be refunded by Performing4u, minus any outstanding costs.
Refunds are given at the discretion of Performing4u.
If any student does not attend a new term without having given the correct notice then half a term's fees will be chargeable.
Cancellation must be given in writing.
